Resetting synch passphrase without clearing cloud data?

I'm trying to set up Opera on my mac and can't remember my synch passphrase. Unfortunately, I don't have my passwords, settings, bookmarks, etc. saved locally so the normal synchronization procedure just isn't an option (deleting the data from the cloud would mean deleting it for good).

What workarounds are there? Thanks.
