foolishly updated, the vpn disappeared, okay, it's his own fault, but the express panel disappeared, how to restore
it the old one is hanging :Other Express panels
substitution of the Bookmarks file did not help to restore the express panel

@profesy If you go to the bookmars manager page (opera://bookmarks), do you see anything in the Speed Dial folder on the left?
