[Solved]Opera shows notifications in the right lower corner

Dear specialists! Opera turned out to be in Windows Settings - System - Notifications & actions. Why is it happened and how to remove Opera from Windows menu?

I've already tried, the line still presents. By the way, what is these two lines? I can't delete them.

I reinstalled Opera entirely, the problem doesn't manifest itself so far.
