Website Print Icon does not work

On a well used web site, the article displayed has various icons at the top (facebook, etc) and a print icon that under IE10 shows the standard print window. Since going to opera this does not happen.

Print icon works fine (and brings up the standard print dialogue) using Opera (Presto) 12.14 and Opera (Blink) 25.0.1613.1 developer build on Linux.

It seems an issue with 24, there were some reports regarding this.
