Opening new tab from link using right-click+T

Is it possible to set the Right-Click and then press T on keyboard to open a new tab quickly? It is a default settings for other browsers (FF/Chrome), but on Opera, pressing T will only highlight the two options "Open Link in New Tab" and "Open Link in Private Window" instead of opening the link.

I also noticed the "T" from "Open Link in New Tab" doesn't have underline. So I guess it need to be done somewhere in the settings/etc to enable it.

And yeah, I know the CTRL+SHIFT+Mouse Click method, but I prefer the above one. Thanks
