Outlook webmail being injected with adblock list when Ad-Block enabled

Windows 10 64bit, current Opera GX version: LVL2 (core: 75.0.3969.279)
I use Opera GX to send e-mails via the web version of Outlook. Out of no where yesterday, all my outgoing e-mails were being blocked and being flagged by our filter for containing "spam URLs".
After a bunch of troubleshooting, uninstalling, reinstalling, the problem was solely caused by having Ad Block enabled. I am able to replicate this behavior on 3 of my PCs, and on 2 separate networks. I can toggle the behavior on and off by turning the adblock on/off.
These 2 screenshots show the source of the email body before and after enabling adblock. It seems to dump the entire ad list, which then gets caught by our filter.

Bumping this, if nobody @ opera cares about this I'm going to delete it, along with their browser.

@fredcarefree See https://forums.opera.com/topic/39910/instructions-on-posting-about-problems-in-opera-gx/1
By the way, what Outlook you are talking about? I have an Outlook 365 email and never had problems with it.
