Opera Next: Corrupted thumbnails and other pictures

So yeah, I had this problem before (noticed few days ago), and I thought it would just go away, but here I am again.
The problem is just like this: random pictures load badly, like it was some memory problem. They load half from the top correctly, then there is some "loading noise", after which the picture gets distorted in some random way (the hue changes, pictures are mirror moved, the picture is not downloaded completely etc.) This happens mostly on thumbnails, the original pictures (viewed in full) are 100% ok, but also happens when the smaller pictures are set into articles or other elements.
I'm experiencing this using Opera Next (v 19.0.1326.21), Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, Chrome browser has no problems viewing the sites I had problems with. I attach thumbnails of the pictures, corrupted and uncorrupted (both screen snipped). Corrupted to the left, correct to the right.
thumbnails snippets taken from this page:

Anyone having an idea what's the cause of those bollocks, and why now?
Cheers

These forums sometimes have a little hiccups. My first idea would be to turn off hardware acceleration, but I don't know if that is possible in Opera Next.

There is, problem is... so many things here are hardware accelerated I'm not sure which to turn off, there is even GPU compositing on pages. As a rookie I'm kind of blue about which one to try first. I'll experiment in the morning.

Morning ,
I switched off "GPU compositing on all pages" in "opera:flags", works like a charm. Lets hope it keeps that way. If something goes wrong I'll let you guys know. -

Still happening. Definitely happens more rarely, but still...
Now the pictures get distorted same way but about after loading 3/4 parts. More checking tomorrow.
