Turbo Icon does not show on my PC - Shows in my Notebook

I have Opera turbo running on my Windows notebook and the standar Operate in my PC - I tried to upgrade the PC to include the turbo option using the "stable Opera" - the icons on the bottom left do not show up.

I uninstalled and re-installed in my PC and still do not get the icons for Turbo. In other words, I cannot turn turbo on/off in my PC

There isn't any icon for Opera Turbo on Opera Blink (Opera 15+). Just enable it by clicking on Menu > Opera Turbo.
