Close current tab shortcut

On the chrome browser I could hold down the tabs button and a toolbar would pop up asking me if I wanted to close the tab. In opera it automatically creates a new tab next to the current tab (which is far better) but I'm wondering if there's a similar shortcut to close the current tab in Opera mobile. (I just don't want to have to open the tab window to close a tab)
