How do I add tabs to the speed dial in 23?

Don't get the wrong idea. I've been using Opera since version 9. But, I can't figure out how to add a tab to the speed dial. Why is it not intuitive like 12?

Click on the heart menu. Or right click on the page > add to speed dial.
