Not working controls on video pop-out window

After update opera beta to 76.0.4017.5 dim on hover and all buttons do not work (volume, next video)
when the cursor is not positioned, the buttons are highlighted:
How to fix?
On Opera stable 75.0.3969.149 video pop-out works properly
