GX Control at the bottom of sidebar

Hello,

Just a question, I saw a friend's Opera GX and he had GX Control at the bottom of the sidebar in a little box with a gear on it, instead of the top of the sidebar like I have.

He has no clue of how it got here, but I would like to know how to do it myself. Does someone know the setting to change or the flag to enable ?

@misaijar There is no such setting or flag as far as I know.

Perhaps he enabled the custom sites on sidebar flag and added GX Control to the sidebar manually, like this:
