Moved files from an old laptop. Only this folder remains of the browser.
How can I pull out the express panel links, bookmarks, and other data from the files and folders in it?

For bookmarks, what includes Speed Dials, you can export them in old computer and import in the new one or you can just copy the Bookmarks file from one to the other.

I found the file "Bookmarks Extras". How can I extract data from it?

@anon-03-04-2021 BookmarksExtra doesn't contain your bookmarks, the bookmarks are stored in the file called Bookmarks only.
