Can't download video from Youtube.

Hi there. I'm running Opera 75.0.3969.93 on Windows 10 Home Edition (installed recent updates today).
Until tonight, I've been able to download noncommercial videos from Youtube to my laptop to watch when I don't have an internet connection. Below the video, inside the red circle in the screenshot here, a number used to appear showing the resolution at which the video would download. Clicking on that number would start the download. Tonight I noticed I couldn't hear audio on Youtube videos in Opera, though my laptop's audio passed a sound check just fine. So I created a new profile folder. After that I could hear audio, but no longer could download videos because the clickable number does not appear. What could the problem be? Are we still able to download videos that don't infringe copyrights?

@oonamistwalker Since Opera doesn't have a tool to download YouTube videos nor YouTube has such feature on desktop, you must be using some extension that no longer works. What is the name of the extension?

I didn't use an extension. I just downloaded Opera and used it after not having used it for a few years. That may sound crazy, but it's true. -

@oonamistwalker Well, you will need to find out what extensions you were using. In the place you circled in the screen shot, there should be nothing. However there are extensions that add a button there to allow you to download the videos.
