Opera Extensions Store Don't Load

Whenever I go to addons.opera.com/extensions/
The site loads for 2 minutes and says me that This site can't be reached.
Other sites works for me but only this one doesn't work. Here is a pic - https://i.imgur.com/Mh9A6Iq.png
How can I fix this problem?
