Empty space Messenger

Hi. I use Messenger and when I enter a conversation this empty space appears and only disappears if I refresh. Does anyone know why it appears?

@leocg Thank you. I want to mention that the installation of the browser was done on "clean". So those tips don't apply to me. What else can I do?
