Black screen

I cleaned several programs from my pc. When I open opera , it appears correct and soon after the black screen of the browser and I can not do anything, or enter any menu. Windows 10 works correctly and also the rest of the programs. I completely uninstalled the browser and installed the latest version. Previously I deleted cache and did registry cleaning. do you know what the problem and the solution can be? thank you very much.
