Whatsapp does not download files (pdf. Jpg, etc.)

WhatsApp in the sidebar does not work properly. The images and pdf files, for example, do not download: the message appears saying that the download was made, however, in the arrow of the downloads the file is not there.

Apparently, the problem is solved when the machine is restarted and soon after it fails again. It is quite inconvenient and I have to send the files to my whatsapp business which is connected to Firefox and only then download the file.

Could anyone help?

@alcsantos It seems to be working fine here.

Anyway, it doesn't download at all or the download just doesn't show up on the download list?

Hi. In some situations the download appears as if it had been done but does not appear in the list and in others it is not even done (you click to download and nothing happens)...

Same here. Can't download media. Problem solved. I using uMatrix and this mod blocked media.
