How to not see Yandex offers?

How to disable the endless offers to do urinotherapy as installing Yandex stuff?
I'm already seriously thinking about deleting the browser full of this tipe of garbage from my PC.

@shubam16 If you happen to be in Russia or some neighboring countries, Yandex is the default search engine. If there is no direct option to disable these offers, he could try to change where Opera thinks he is as they're probably not offering stuff to people in the US or Western Europe.
