Hiding Tabs/Address Bar

When I used Opera on my MacBook, there was an option to hide the Tab Bar/Address Bar so that it would only show when you hovered the cursor at the top of the screen. Now that I'm using Opera on a Windows laptop, that function is missing, at least that I've found. Is this just not an option in Opera for Windows, or is it lurking somewhere I haven't found yet?
