Lack of moderation in Opera Addons

A question for moderation, why are my wallpapers not published on Opera Stable? I have already queued 4 wallpapers and one of them did not receive moderation even after a month and a half after publication.
I understand that you have other things to do besides the wallpaper, but does moderation take so long?

@skorpion-yt On the add-ons site. I don't have any add-ons myself, but I'm told there is some sort of panel where you can contact Opera there.
