For Opera Mini Google Analytics shows 95% drop as website working perfectly on mobile devices

Lets have a look in brief about this issue, My website is working perfectly on all devices by using Opera Mini browser. Google Analytics shows 95% drop from the opera mini browser. I have checked that the Google Analytics code is installed correctly and tracking visits for other browsers. Is there any browser related issue? Can anyone help me out for this?

https://forums.opera.com/topic/4724/opera-mini-7-6-for-android lots of DDs around here, huh? No sweat, Opera Turbo headers detection reveals a bunch of 'ga'. If you ask me that's ping-pong and in this game Mini lose and Max win.

Besides, this drop is for a change because on j2me platform this function can't be disabled. For the record, which is the site address?

@sagrid - I think you got it wrong. darshwill tires to track traffic on his site and despite the fact that it works fine on Mini browser, Google reports to him that there is 95% drop in visits from Opera Mini. That has nothing to do with the traffic that you can now disable in 7.6 on Android.

Yes, 95 is too much. My bad.

@bpydzinski - You framed it right do we have any answers here. Its been happnening to my site as well. The site is opening up in Operamini on all versions and its an XHTML build it renders perfectly fine. But it does not record the impression in Google Analytics. Is it a flaw in Opera Mini?
My largest traffic comes from Opera mini and to see a huge drop in the number that is not tracked is not helping my business.
If some one from the OPERA team can help answer @darshwill question I think I will too have an answer.

Latest Opera Mini (for iOS) does offer three modes (Opera Mini, Opera Turbo, No data savings).
Could it be that only "Opera Mini"-mode is detected as Opera Mini now by Google Analytics?
Did you notice an increase in other browsers instead? Or did your stats drop in total, too?

We are also facing exact same issue on our site. Bounce rate on opera mini has suddenly increased to 95% in a single day.Problem is across all versions of opera. Bounce rate is at its normal level on other browsers
@darshwill: Is your problem resolved now? If yes, can you please share fix

@darshwill @prashant2508 facing same problem with my website, bounce rate jumped from 55-59% to 95-100% overnight screenshot - https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0QfWR_1c80HVzhoTnlia3FzR3M/view?usp=sharing
@christoph142 - there is an increase in bounce rate from UC Web browser too from 50% to 75%. But bounce rate is constant in chrome on android and UC Mini.
Bounce Rate by browsers
UC Web Browser - https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0QfWR_1c80HR3ZybnYxMEZ6T2M/view?usp=sharing
Opera Mini - https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0QfWR_1c80HdlQyY0lBZUFtZmc/view?usp=sharing
Couple of hypothesis:
Base GA code not firing:
There are certain ajax calls which we track as pageview have suddenly become landing pages. These ajax calls cannot simply be landing pages because base page's google analytics code should get fired first. So something is stopping base ga code from getting fired. We see that new version has the on/off switch but we are facing this issue in earlier versions like 7.5.33725.
This behavior is exhibited on 1 of our websites. In all other websites bounce rate through mini is normal. Here is the link to the website in question if someone wants to help debug :

Page where discrepancy is highest - http://goo.gl/SkPLgn
- We didn't make any deployments or code changes to our website in this period.
Hope someone helps us debug this issue and resolve.
Thanks in advance!
