Bookmarks recover

Hello. I have deleted all my bookmarks. So, there is nothing in the trash, and the Bookmark-File and the BookmarkExtras-File are there, but they have been changed.
Please tell me, how can I restore my bookmarks? Is there any way at all? Does macbook backup something? Or does opera backup something somewhere else?
Are there any chances?

@funnyhour81 Unless you have a backup, there is nothing much that can be done.
