configure specific setting (about:config)

How do I get to settings where that in Firefox can be found at about:config. I need to change the default image save from webpage back to JPG. In Firefox you turn off webpage in one and delete webpage format in another setting. I can't find this page of settings in Opera.

@ikonoklast61 Opera's setting page can be found in O-Menu > Settings or by typing opera://config on address bar.
Regarding the setting you mentioned, there isn't anything like that in chromium, images are saved in the format the site say they are.

This doesn't have the details I'm looking for. These are basic settings. I looked there before getting into the forums. In Firefox about:config will open a page of very detailed settings for FF operation, which will screw the browser up if you don't know what you're doing. Maybe this is in Opera's developer mode, but it didn't look like it from what I saw.
In Firefox, it's a function of the browser. I imagine it's the same in all bowsers, because it's the browsers that made the switch in format type, not the websites, based on what I've read.

@ikonoklast61 There is opera://flags, where you can enable/disable experimental features from Opera and Chromium but there isn't anyone regarding file format of images as far as I can remember.
In Chromium based browsers, as far as I know, files are saved using the file format determined by its mime/type.
