Opera synchronize Problem

Hi, i have issue with opera synchronize "opera link" when i choice synchronize on opera settings its open me blank grey page and no options to choice speed dial, bookmark or other things.
i can not backup my opera..!Version information:
Version: 23.0.1522.77 - Opera is up to date
Update stream: Stable
System: Windows 8.1 64-bit (WoW64)

First, Link is sync, not a backup tool. It should not be used as a backup, even less as your only one.
There's no Link on Opera Blink. There's a experimental sync feature that can be enabled on opera:flags and will sync speed dial, stash and custom searches for now.

For Opera or for general backup? For general backup there are hundreds, maybe thousands of options around.

People used to like it but i think it works only with Opera Presto.
