Unbelievably slow downloading.

I try to download a 6.5 GB file (Animal Crossing : New Horizons for an emulator) and it shows me that i need a day or two or even three to download the file. I don't have a VPN. The download speed is 32 - 35 kb/s. What can i do? I really need help.
