Passwords don´t save after Restart

Hello, i have a Question.
Every time i restart my PC my saved Passowords get deleted. It works fine as long as i close the browser and open it again, but after a restart they are gone. Cookies are enabled, so i dont know what could be the problem.

@fgoing Maybe CCleaner? There are external programs that can delete cookies after a restart, such as CCleaner. Check the configuration of any privacy, security or cleaner programs to see if they are configured to delete cookies when you reboot.

If you're using Windows 10, make sure you upgrade to 20H2. "Start -> settings -> system -> about -> version" to check. There's a bug in previous versions of Windows 10 that causes this in Chromium-based browsers.

@fgoing Double-check your Windows update history to make sure you also have KB4598291 installed as it might not be enough to just have 20H2.
