Crashing when choosing storage folder during downloads

ok so im trying to download whatever and the window opens i click on the path i want it to save and when i click save it seems like it crashes the window? yeah idk and nothing starts to download please help i cant do anything

the problem happens when i try to download something
Step 1: try to download
step 2: chose the folder to save
step 3: doesnt do anything
I've tried disabling Firewall, and anti Virus and re-installing the browser
(on Microsoft Edge The Download Works Just fine)

Opera Version: LVL2 (core: 72.0.3815.487)
System:Windows 10 64-bit (Version: 20H2 , OS Build: 19042.746)

@loveygoo The same problem happens in regular Opera? What about other browsers and programs?

Does it happens no matter the folder you choose?

@leocg just tried the regular opera yeah it does the same thing
it only happens on the Opera Browsers no matter the folder i choose, Microsoft Edge works just fine i haven't downloaded firefox or chrome to test them too but i think they work too

@leocg it looks like it does have privileges or something from stopping it to download things its not like the header says "crashing" the window just closes without starting the download

@loveygoo Can you check on Chrome or Vivaldi or other Chromium based browser to be sure?

Does the problem happens with any kind of files?

@leocg installing chrome right now (works fine) , it happens with all the files drivers,photos,installers everything

@loveygoo Install Opera Portable, don't change anything on the installation and check if the problem happens with it also.

@leocg its really weird i didnt have any kind of problems like this before yesterday it just started on its own and i didnt change anything thats what makes me question this like wtf
