Why is Opera still trying to preload old URLs?

Hi,
I use last Opera 73.0.3856.344 on Windows 10 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/87.0.4280.141 Safari/537.36 OPR/73.0.3856.344) and I just noticed that Opera is still trying to "preload" some URLs in "background".
How do I know? I just checked access.log on my webserver, and I have found:
217.28..* - - [27/Jan/2021:22:45:32 +0100] "GET /margin/google.php?token=************************* HTTP/1.0" 404 455 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/87.0.4280.141 Safari/537.36 OPR/73.0.3856.344"
This kind of record is appearing in log like every 2-3 minutes. It's wierd.
I didn't try to load this URL in my browser on purpose for a long time so I guess that Opera is trying to "preload" some old/cached/historical URL in background.
I already have swiched off options "Background sync" (Allow recently closed sites to finish sending and receiving data (recommended)) and "Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar" but it didn't help.
How can I fix it?
Thanks,
Adam -
