Possibility to view tabs on left and vertical as Vivaldi Browser has

I think it would be great to have this feature like vivaldi has, as many persons use many tabs simultaneously and it is way better to see what is the name of the tab and also have the possibility to order tabs by title, domain or date.
I'm sure that many persons would like to have this feature on Opera

@dfonseca1 Vivaldi copied it, in a certain way, from Opera Presto. if Opera didn't reimplemented it until now, most probably it's because the feature doesn't have that many supports to worth the efforts.
