The videos don't play topic (Opera for Windows)

On my new pc running Windows 10 and Opera version 74.0.3911.154, I cannot play videos. Yet on my older pc which is also loaded wth the same Opera version I can play videos without a problem. Any ideas?

1. What OS is on the 'older' system (if Win10, what are the versions/builds of both the old and 'new' systems' Win10)?
2. What is the source for the video you're attempting to play (a sample URL)?
3. Do the videos involve DRM (digital rights management)?
4. Do the videos on the new system play successfully in Edge?

when play some videos not all youtube say to me your browser cant play this video. but google chrome run it normally. i need solution plz

@leocg i try to turn off the extentions, the deffender and i reset opera settings. sadly still the same problem. not on just some youtube videos also in all facebook videos they sad to me "Sorry, we're having trouble playing this video". then i tried to install opera and still the same.

Hi,
ON opera except youtube videos there is no other videos are working. When i open facebook or any other website, Were vimeo video are embed they also don't work on other browser it all working fine.

Does hrml4test say that h264 is supported?
