Need help restoring Opera

Hello,
I recently reformatted my Windows drive, and I backed up my profile folder as I have done numerous times before. I coped both the 'Opera' and 'Opera Software' folders from my 'AppData\Roaming' location, and restored the folders after installing Opera again in the fresh Windows Installation. But that doesn't seem to work this time. None of my extensions, speed dials, bookmarks, session details or passwords have been transferred over.
I know that this is what I'm supposed to do. Or it was until the last time I did this.
Would someone please be able to help me with this please? It's quite a chore to set everything up again.
Please help.Thanks.

Thanks. I hadn't realized that I'd need to export the passes. I hadn't set up sync as well, so it looks like the passwords are truly lost.
About the extensions: I see a folder named 'Extensions'. But how do I 'install' them as you mentioned before? -

@leocg Yeah, I see them. But I do not see a setup file or any executable in those folders.

@denniswilson-0 Open the extensions manager page (opera://extensions) and turn on the developer mode.
Click on Load Unpacked, go to the Extensions folder and select the first (sub)folder with the strange name. Inside it, open/select the folder with the version number. -

@leocg Oh, nice! This works perfectly!
Thank you!
I'll add all extensions and clean up my installation. I'll also save your comment so I can use it in the future.
Thank you so much. -

@leocg Hello, one follow-up question: I just found a csv extract of my passwords I had taken a few months ago. it contains a vast majority of the passwords I want to save, so I'd like o be able to import it. But i tried searching for an Import option, or even a Dev mode (like for the extensions), but I don't see one. I just see an easy way to export, nothing else. Would you help please?

Thanks. I just tried it, and it worked.
I would have never found this out myself. Appreciate the help. -
