I am looking to Fix Windows Smartscreen Can’t Be Reached Error. I have tried a few steps but unable to get rid of it. I am still looking for the solution.. Need help.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I will take care of it. Actually, Windows SmartScreen feature is apparently blocking Microsoft’s own apps from opening and causing the error especially in windows 8. I typed the error i saw on the screen and posted. But i have already found a complete guide explaining it here https://www.reviewsed.com/fix-smart-screen-cant-be-reached/ I want to share with others so they can also get to know the information and fix this error if incurred.
