Every time i change tab, the video that was playing, stops

How do i fix this? I'm close to getting insane now

@leocg Done everything that is on that list..

It stops when i change tabs, yes.

Lets say i am watching a YouTube video, and i want to look something up while it plays in the background. I go to open a tab and boom, then it just automaticly pauses itself. And it's not just YouTube, it's everywhere
