      OPERA Version:73.0.3856.284
      WIN 10 PC.

Hi, I see that there is a manual way to delete the cache from "now" to 24 hours, 7 days etc..

I am wondering about these two options :-

      1. delete the ache over a certain timeframe (ie keep the cache under 7 days)

if i delete cache under 7 days, i could have some in my cache that was held over 8 days ago.

deleting cache over a certain timeframe seems more logical.

Is this in development ? in a later version of Opera that i have ?

      and

      1. is there a way to delete the cache automatically on exit ?

      Ie,

I close the browser, and any cache that matches my time-frame is automatically cleared/deleted.

I dont like having to remember to do things manually.

Hi @gordonisnz, when you have enabled the option "Clear cookies and site data when you quit Opera" under opera:settings/cookies, it will clear cookies and websites data on exit, but not the history.

There's an extension "eCleaner (Forget Button)", which is close to that what you want to achieve.
When you install it, pin it using "Extensions" (cube) button from the toolbar, click on its icon, select the items to be cleared and set the time period, then right click on the icon, select "Options", then check "Perform the last cleaning job on browser exit..." and click "Save".
