Suspicious browser tab open on startup

Whenever i open up my opera gx browser, a weird browser tab will open claiming that they have facetime for windows ten. (facetimedownload.online) This does not seem to be doing anything other than be annoying.
I have tried using opera extensions to block this site but of no prevail.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Also check your system for malwares.
