Does Opera Portable leave important files in Windows?

The question is short and specific: when using Opera Portable from a flash drive in a Windows environment, does it leave any files in the system, or does it not copy anywhere from the flash drive. We are talking about the most important cookies and Login Data, as well as about any intermediate files, the detection of which can pose a threat to the data inside the browser.

@nekit261 First, what do you call Opera Portable? The one from Opera's site? The regular installer set up to install in standalone/USB mode?
As far as I know, Opera in a portable installation doesn't put important files on the computer disk when running from a flash drive.
