I guess this is a general issue and it needs to be fixed.
I choose America on Youtube, then I open a video and the region location is set as my country.
Chrome does not have such a problemVersion:73.0.3856.284

What exactly is the source of this problem?
Why an authorized person does not answer?
We are talking about a problem with this browser and nobody cares.
I'll have to replace the scanner just because of this ridiculous problem -

@mami2000 See https://forums.opera.com/topic/39910/instructions-on-posting-about-problems-in-opera-gx/1
By the way, I don't see the problem happening here.

@leocg yes, if you do not see a problem then there is no problem.
It was a very helpful approach.
Have you tried this? I don't think you tried.
Go to Youtube and change the region, watch a few different videos. You will see on the Youtube logo whether it is the country you choose or the country you live in. -

@skyangelus Right, I checked again and what I've seen is:
- I go to YouTube and change the region. It shows the country code has changed.
- I open a video and the country code changes to the one of my country
- I return to main page and it backs to the code of selected region
It happens here on Opera, Chrome and Edge, either I'm being logged in or not.
So I guess YouTube is just checking your IP/Location and returning back to the original one.
