@navee-n I'm on Opera for Android Beta 61.1.3076.56744, the latest one, and there is no setting for that button.

This is a button for automatically raising to the top of the page and it is installed on the site, which means it does not apply to the phone and its settings.

Opera do not have this option. Which version of Opera are you on? Are you seeing this option on each webpage or does this option come on some specific webpage, if so, please share the webpage address.
