Opera Mail - Lost everything?

Was in opera mail this morning when it froze. I exited and received a message about maintenance, which I dimissed (thinking OM would finish it's maintenance on my next boot). When I opened OM, it had lost everything and initiated the new account setup dialogue. I dismissed this to see if I could get back and recover my account. It wouldn't let me in without starting a new account, so I put in some details. Everything appears to have gone (labels, emails, contacts).
Help very much appreciated.

See what's in the mail folder (on the drive - using Explorer). If you don't know where your mail folder is, check Help > About Opera Mail - most convenient would be to highlight and copy the path listed, then you can close Mail, open My Computer, and paste the path into the address bar. You'll see a folder named Store ...how many account folders does it contain? If it contains 2, then you should be able to recover the messages from the older account.

Thanks for your help. I loaded opera mail tonight and all was back to normal?
