hi. for my project i need portable version of opera to embed in application. how i can download offial version of opera portable for windows 8.1 compatible . ?

@boorsekala Dow on this page you can find a link to download Opera USB, that is an Opera installer already set for a portable installation: https://www.opera.com/computer/portable
You can also click on Options in the regular installer and do a USB/Standalone installation
