Hi. I don't know why my Opera browser just decided to delete all of my add-on extensions and bookmarks after just closing it for a night. The bookmarks that I have now for Opera browser came from Google Chrome so It got replaced for some reason. So, how do I recover my previous Opera Browser bookmarks? Is there a secret method or a tool you can use? Please help. Thanks.

@dd214forlife Did you check if you still can see them in the bookmarks page?

No. The bookmarks got overwritten by my Google Chrome ones. Is there a way to reverse or is there something from the Opera files to find it?

@dd214forlife Did you paste the Bookmarks file from Chrome into Opera's profile directory? How did you get the bookmarks from Chrome?

No, I did not paste the bookmarks file from Chrome into Opera's profile directory. For some reason, my bookmarks from Chrome auto installed into my Opera browser. How did Opera do this?

@dd214forlife Opera gets data from the default browser when it's being installed for the first time.

I think that's what happened when I did not know Opera updated? So, is there a way to get back my old bookmarks from Opera browser?
