Opera and Netflix

Hi, for about 1 week, Opera has had problems with Netflix. Video (not audio) jerks. This problem persists since version 72. I currently have an old version installed, version 71 and the problem does not persist. How can I solve?

@ruggieroh Does what? You didn't even say what the problem is.
If it happens with all Chromium based browsers, then it's probably a Chromium issue.
Anyway, follow the instructions and, if the mandatory steps don't help, post the information required here.

@leocg Ok, I'll try to execute the instructions, but I don't think they work because I formatted the PC, nothing has changed. Here's the problem: The video on Netflix is jerky and when I switch to Full Screen during playback a "line" comes out that cuts the screen for about 1 second. This problem does not persist neither in Firefox, nor with old versions and not even on other sites (Prime Video, YouTube, etc.)

@leocg Ok, the problem persists even after doing all the procedures.
Here are the details:
Your version of Windows: Windows 8.1 Pro (Build 9600)
Your version of Opera: 71.0.3770.228 (In this version the problem does not persist)
If the problem is with a page, a link to it: The problem persists only on the Netflix.com site
A description of the problem, including as much as information as possible: The video jerks, and if I put it in Full Screen during playback, a line comes out that cuts the video for 1 second.
