Need all icons to be a little larger

As a person with rheumatoid arthritis I have fine motor problems - which means it's difficult to click on the small icons in the sidebar, the menus and the extensions.

The text size is just right as is.

How do I make the icons larger without changing the size of anything else?

That is just very sad. This can be done in other browsers.

One would think Opera would want to be inclusive for people that have disabilities.
