Change ctrl+enter on webadress from "com" to "no"

Hello!

Earlier i could change the keyboard function ctrl+enter from "com" to "no". But in the latest opera (23.0) i could not find this option. Could anyone help me?

There is no way to do it afaik. Maybe with some extension but i don't know.
