I have stuff synced if I sign in using a Windows 10 system.

Windows 10, yes

Android, no

What does this mean.

Why can I see the stuff I synced in Windows and not Android

@techjunkiegirl Because you are not logging in with the same account? That's the only explanation. The content of https://www.sync.opera.com/ should be the same no natter what browser you use to access it.

I am using the same account in both locations and getting different results.

@techjunkiegirl There's something wrong then. Try resetting your synced data/passphrase.
