Reset Passphrase Issues Opera for Android

I forgot my Passphrase and clicked on the link to get instructions on how to reset it. I went to the website it told me to go to. I logged into my account. I did not see the option on that page that says Reset Passphrase.
What is the issue and how do I fix this.

I did and it told me
You have no sync data stored.
Sign in to Opera to start syncing, and access your bookmarks and other browser data from all your devicesI am signed In

@techjunkiegirl And you are signed to the site and not to Sync, what is done through Opera menu.

I have stuff synced if I sign in using a Windows 10 system.

Windows 10, yes
Android, no
What does this mean.

@techjunkiegirl Because you are not logging in with the same account? That's the only explanation. The content of https://www.sync.opera.com/ should be the same no natter what browser you use to access it.

I am using the same account in both locations and getting different results.
