"Flow" and scan code

when I press flow, it shows to scan the password I scan the password but it does nothing when I have the password on the screen

am i trying to scan from cell phone to tv can this be done or am i wrong?

@leocg PC, i downloaded it again (opera from the webpage), and the problem remains
when i click on the icon upper right, shows: "synchronization has stopped because of an error please sign in again"
the icon upper right for sync, have red "x".
