Link Deluge w/ Mac High Sierra

When using Firefox it was easy to go to a download site, click on a Magnet Link and it automatically opened uTorrent>
I've come back to Opera and it will open uTorrent in similar fashion but I've installed deluge torrent program and don't know how to link to Opera. TIA
