How to turn off those "download complete" notifications on MacBook

This has to be the most annoying thing related to Opera. I have no idea how to turn in off. I've looked in Settings. I've searched online. I can't find it anywhere. The only reason why I joined this forum was to get this question answered.
Not only is it annoying, it also interferes with navigation of some websites.
Please help before I go crazy.
